How much are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping for most of our products, only some products require shipping cost.

If you want to choose another shipping method, you can view the shipping costs on each product page and at checkout.

Can you ship to my country?

We can ship our products to all countries in the EU and can offer free delivery service for most of them.

When will I receive my order ?

Your order goes through several stages before arriving at your doorstep. Here are the steps:

Step 1 Confirm payment 12-24 business hours

Step 2 Process the order 1-2 business days

Step 3 EU shipping 2-7 working days

Shipping to USA, Canada 3-10 business days

Australia shipping 3-10 working days

Rest of the World shipping 7-20 working days

How long does it take for orders to ship?

You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order and another email after your order has been shipped. The second will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your package.

Items in stock are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Items that are not available will be placed out of stock and shipped within 3-5 business days.

How can I track the information on the status of my package?

17track and Aftership have supported most of the UPU (Universal Postal Union) member countries and territories.

Why is the tracking number not working?

You will receive shipping notification and tracking numbers as soon as orders leave our warehouse. The tracking number will not work until it has been scanned by mail. Please check back in 1-2 business days. If the problem persists, please contact us.

Do you make partial shipments?

Yes. Partial shipments are required when: One or another item in an order is out of stock. An item in a certain warehouse is delayed in delivery. Ship items from multiple warehouses for faster delivery

Different countries will be shipped automatically with different tracked express shipments available, such as Colissimo, GLS, DPD, TNT, DHL, UPS, TOLL etc.
