Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Different types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygienic products, hazardous materials or liquids or flammable gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

Reserve with obvious signs of use.
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, tapes or open vinyl records
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing a part for reasons that were not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.
Then contact your bank. Often processing time is required before a refund is issued.

Items for sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us
If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and sent it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or if the person who made it received the order to ship to you later, we will issue you a refund and your return will be notified.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are sending an item over 45 Eur or equivalent, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
